Our client is a market leading division of one of the world's largest multinational conglomerates and offers a broad range of invaluable products and services in the sector in which it operates.

Job Description

Reporting to the operations team leader, your duties will include:

  • Processing and administration of vendor agreements
  • Coordination of POs and invoices relating to the division
  • Provide reports to divisional manager
  • Assist team leader with projects
  • Data manipulation

The Successful Applicant
You will have several years experience in a similar administrators position, experience working with contracts / tender documents is essential. Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills are highly regarded as is experience supporting an IT and/or technical team.
