Job Description

Reporting to the Credit and Billing Divisional Manager your role will be to provide detailed analysis, insights and recommendations to drive credit and collections performance. Specifically your role will encompass:

• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Analysis of the debt profile including debtors performance and key drivers/influences of performance
• Measuring the effectiveness of collections activities
• Liaising with internal business functions
• Provide detailed reports to board level

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience in the analysis of credit and collections activities including debt profiles. You will have a proven track record in credit analyst positions and be successful at adding value to a company by providing improvement opportunities. You will possess strong analysis skills, be a highly effective communicator and the ability to work with a team to ensure positive results.
