Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager your duties will include:

  • Allocation of assigned & leased company vehicles
  • Ensure all administration for fleet vehicles is completed
  • Prepare documentation required including service books, possession papers and lease documents
  • Maintain and update vehicle database and spreadsheets
  • Any other ad hoc / administrative tasks as required

The Successful Applicant
You will have several years experience in a similar administrator role, experience working in a fleet capacity will be highly regarded. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills are essential as are exceptional communication skills.
