About Our Client
Our client is a multinational oil and gas company and they are seeking an HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their busy team.

Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager/Advisors your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting reference checks
  • Booking medicals
  • Organising new starter packs
  • Assisting with contracts and letters of offer
  • Maintaining department spreadsheets
  • Assisting HR Manager & Advisors with any ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be professional in presentation and manner. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. You will have excellent computer skills and be highly organised. Previous HR administration experience will be highly regarded.
