Job Description

Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, your duties will include:

• High volume of inbound collection/customer service calls
• Making payment arrangements and promises
• Managing daily KPI's and targets
• Providing ad hoc support to the team and manager

The Successful Applicant
You will have several years experience in a similar Customer Service role within a high volume environment, a proven track record exceeding KPI's and targets will be highly regarded. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as working knowledge of SAP.
