Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, your duties will include:

You will have several years experience in a similar Customer Service role within a high volume environment, a proven track record exceeding KPI's and targets will be highly regarded. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as working knowledge of SAP.
