About Our Client
Our client is an independent private equity investment firm specialising in the global resources industry. Due to internal growth, our client is seeking an experienced, personable and dynamic Office Assistant to join their team.

Job Description
As Office Assistant, you will be joining a supportive team environment. The role will be primarily focused upon general administration tasks such as photocopying, filing, collating of paperwork, and meeting coordination. Further to this, you will be expected to cover phones and reception, manage stationary inventory levels and liaise with Building Management when needed. There will also be additional ad-hoc and project based duties such as archiving, kitchen and office maintenance, expense and petty cash reconciliations as well as arranging occasional office events.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to be warm and friendly in nature, someone that enjoys a diverse range of duties who can multi-task, prioritise, take initiative and work autonomously. You will have solid communication skills and will be able to liaise with individuals at all levels of the business. A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude coupled with a polished and professional demeanour will see you successful in this role. A high attention to detail is crucial as is the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite.
