Job Description
Joining the Head Office administration team, as a Corporate Receptionist, this broad role will keep you busy as you provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders from clients to candidates. Given the fast-paced nature of the recruitment industry and the growth of the business, your responsibilities will also include;
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the role, you will thrive in a challenging environment and you will not be afraid of hard work and balancing conflicting priorities. You will have previous experience within a fast paced environment and have a personable and proactive nature. You will possess well developed problem solving and customer service skills coupled with clear written and verbal communication skills. Relevant reception experience is an absolute must. You will finally be interested and motivated to work in a Part-Time position. You will be able to commit to 27.5 hours per week working 5.5 hours per day five days a week, through a daily 1:00pm - 6:30 pm shift.
