About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest organisations within the Financial Services industry in WA. Their corporate head office is based in Perth CBD and they are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team for the duration of 12 months with the view to permanency.

Job Description

This is an autonomous Payroll position and you will report directly into the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll which will include the following:

  • Fortnightly payroll of 200 employees
  • Managing and maintaining new starters, terminations, leave and workers compensation
  • Calculating payroll tax and superannuation
  • Reconciling the payroll accounts in the general ledger
  • Payment summaries and reports at month end

The Successful Applicant
This organization is ideally seeking a Payroll Administrator who has 5 years experience within an end-to-end payroll process. Micropay, Meridian experience is desirable and strong communication skills are essential.
