Job Description

This newly created role will see you supporting the regional General Manager, your duties will include:

  • Dairy, email and communication management
  • Preparing presentations, meeting minutes and board reports
  • Providing support when required to the sales and marketing team
  • Setting up administration processes and procedures
  • Other ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

You will have several years experience in a similar Personal Assistant position, your experience supporting a senior manager will be highly regarded as will your advanced MS Office skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
