Our client is a medium sized accounting practice. They service a number of well known clients and have a great team culture.

Job Description

This is a varied role. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a busy reception
  • Attending to the switchboard
  • Assisting the Office Manager
  • Filing and Archiving
  • Ad hoc administration as required

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in an administration/reception role. You will be confident and will be able to work independently as well as a member of a team. You will be confident and outgoing in nature with a professional manner. You will offer the initiative to problem solve and take on extra work as required. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
