Our client is an international organisation that service the oil and gas sector. They are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their Perth CBD team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be professional in presentation and telephone manner. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills. You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team. You will be flexible and adaptable in the role. It is essential to have intermediate to advance MS Word and Excel experience. Previous proven experience in a similar role would be to your advantage.
