Our client provides specialist engineering services to construction projects in the Mining & Resources and Oil & Gas industries throughout Australia and the world. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their Head Office in Perth .
Job Description
As the Recruitment Advisor you will report to the HR Manager and your duties will include:
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the role you will have extensive experience as a HR Advisor and/or Recruitment Advisor. You will be highly experienced with handling the end to end recruitment of blue and white collar workers and mobilising people to site. An in-depth understanding of HR Policies and Procedures as well as excellent organisation and time management skills are essential. Good knowledge with MS Office and ERMS is crucial to the role. Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable. You must thrive on working in a busy environment, have high attention to detail and have great problem solving.
