Job Description
Working as part of a dynamic and passionate team, this recruitment role will focus on developing and servicing clients across a targeted geographic region in Sydney. With the objective to provide a highly professional service and to foster business relationships, you will be required to interview, build rapport and establish trust with your candidates and proactively source career opportunities for them.Your established client base will include major blue chip and ASX listed clients and you will have further opportunities to develop and establish new relationships.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will be an energetic, passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With a demonstrated track record of success in a human resources, finance, sales or recruitment based role you will also possess excellent negotiation and time management skills and have the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
