Job Description

This is a varied and fast paced role. Your duties will include:

  • Reception - managing a busy switch board
  • Data Entry
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Diary management
  • Ad hoc administration as required

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a reception or administration function. You will be professional in presentation and manner. You will be happy to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have excellent written and verbal communication with an expressed interest in perusing a career in administration services
