About Our Client
This large organisation is currently seeking an experienced Account Receivable Officer to join their busy offices based in Cottesloe. This organisation is seeking a motivated candidate with previous rates experience pertaining to house levies and property valuation and eligibility assessments.

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will entail:

• End to end Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Debt Collection
• Interim assessments on house levies
• Processing various aspects of rates and sending out rates notices

The Successful Applicant
You will have experience in processing rates and have knowledge on these matters. Your excellent communication skills and good time management skills are essential for this role. You will also have patience in dealing with difficult people and complicated issues. Your ability to work within a team would be a determining factor in your application as well.
