Our Company Values

Our Values represent the key principles which guide the behaviour of every individual at Colonial First State Property Management. The Values assist to guide decisions, interactions and work performance. Each employee is expected to deeply understand the Values and to ‘live them’ each and every day. Performance against our Values is a key element in each individual’s performance review.

To assist individuals and teams ‘live’ our Values, each department has developed their own ‘Values Charter’ which sets out behavioural expectations relevant specifically to their teams.
