Page Personnel Australia announces 2014 EA of the Year winner

Monday, 20 October 2014: Specialist recruitment firm Page Personnel, part of PageGroup, is pleased to announce Dimitra Zographos from URS in Victoria as the 2014 Page Personnel Executive Assistant of the Year. In its fourth year, the Page Personnel EA of the Year competition aims to find and recognise the best Executive Assistant (EA) or Personnel Assistant (PA) in Australia. A record number of applications were received in 2014.

Dimitra is the Executive Assistant to URS Australia’s Southern Regional Manager and also supports an additional three Directors and two Senior Managers. She is also a member of the EA Circle, a professional association of Senior EAs, and through her membership Dimitra acts as an ambassador for URS while developing networks that directly support URS’ business development efforts.

Dimitra is passionate about the development of the Executive Assistant role, and provides mentorship to a number of junior Executive Assistants. Dimitra often speaks publically about the EA function and recently chaired an EA conference. She was awarded $10,000 worth of training funds in 2014 which she then donated to several junior Executive Assistants to support their development. It is this absolute commitment to the success, progression and recognition of Executive Assistants around Australia that makes Dimitra such a worthy winner of the 2014 Page Personnel EA of the Year award.

As EA of the Year, Dimitra has won return business class flights for two and five nights of luxury accommodation to either Hawaii or Vietnam. Dimitra will also receive a personalized styling session and $1,500 to spend in store at Cue Clothing Co, a 12 month subscription to InStyle magazine as well as tailored career development session with Page Personnel.

Congratulations also to our five runners up winners whose outstanding achievements in the areas of organisational efficiency, charitable projects and raising awareness of mental health issues in the work place really impressed us.
