Core competency training
This six month modular course will help you grasp basic recruitment skills and develop your commercial acumen. The training is very interactive, ranging from theory based classroom style, lead discussions, group exercises and role plays, culminating in a presentation to the Managing Director of the discipline.
Advanced competency training
Designed for experienced consultants, this is one of the most challenging courses run in-house, lasting two days and enjoying a high trainer to delegate ratio. It’s the perfect opportunity to check, test and extend skills, ultimately leading to a self-managed development plan.
These workshops are designed to enhance advanced skills in a ‘live’ working environment, equipping you to meet the challenges of your market.
Management development programmes
A phased management programme has been designed to hone the development of key skills including: coaching, motivation, leadership and personality profiling.
This is undertaken by all new managers within their first 18 months, irrespective of experience prior to joining Page Personnel. The course is modular, attended at monthly intervals and includes discussions, presentations and work groups. Mentored by Directors, external trainers and members of the in-house training team, the ideas and techniques shared here will serve you for the rest of your career.
A modular course for all levels of the Directorate, this aims to refine a range of skill sets, with particular focus on leadership and vision. This training is made all the more effective by our partnering with an external organisation who specialise in diagnostic research.
The work environment at Page Personnel is by nature supportive. You can expect to receive regular coaching from senior managers and experienced consultants.
Quarterly appraisals with your line manager allow you to focus on your strengths, identify areas for development and set goals for the next few months. Supported by regular reviews, this system promotes an open dialogue that will shape your future within the group.
