Our client works across various super market chains and is looking for a new employee to join the team in the inner CBD of Melbourne for a 3-month temporary period. The position offers learning and development opportunities, strong organisational values and an opportunity to expand into the retail industry for the successful candidate.

Job Description

Your key roles/responsibilities when working alongside the Accounts Receivable Officer include:

  • Strong experience with the Accounts Receivable function end to end
  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices manually
  • Payment allocations and bank reconciliations
  • Capable of supporting multiple departments
  • Accounts Receivable month end reporting
  • High volume experience
  • Ability to work in-office
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of work in a timely manner
  • Highly competent with data entry, credit card checks for tenants and can independently manage the AR inbox
  • Tech-saavy
