Job Description

Supporting the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following accounts receivable duties:

  • Preparing and processing invoices for sales or services in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Entering data on invoices, ensuring all coding is correct
  • Handle outstanding invoices reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or mail
  • Handle enquiries and provide debtor reports with stipulated contract terms

The Successful Applicant

Key selection criteria will include the following:

  • At least 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
