About: Our client has been at the forefront of supplying both online and in store creative products to domestic and international consumers. They have been established for decades and well renowned within their market. As our client continues to grow and expand their business and seeking to recruit an Admin Office Coordinator to support their sales team. This individual will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks and stock management for the departments.

Our client are located north-east of Melbourne, close within proximity to Preston, Melbourne.

The Opportunity: We're seeking a dynamic individual, whether a recent graduate eager to learn or someone with 1-2 years of prior admin support experience, to join our clients team. Or perhaps you may be an experienced individual keen to grow long-term within this business. This isn't your average desk job - you'll be immersed in a diverse range of tasks, from administrative duties to hands-on work in our bustling office and warehouse.

Job Description

Responsibilities: As an Admin Office Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, handling a variety of tasks such as:

  • Assisting with presentation preparations and keeping track of samples with customers.
  • Dispatching deliveries and managing sample assortment and stock updates.
  • Reviewing products at our office and warehouse and collating submissions on provided briefs.
  • Maintaining files, folders, and other documentation.
  • Assisting with stock updates for major retail customers and handling buyer enquiries and correspondence.
  • Assist and coordinate with the creative team to support events.

The Successful Applicant

About You:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint
  • Candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can be adaptable to juggle multiple projects/ deadlines.
  • Individual who is driven and passionate to learn & develop.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in industry such as fashion, art supplies, stationery, toys, or hardware is desirable.
