About Our Client
Our client is a global construction powerhouse who is searching for an experienced Receptionist and/or Administration Assistant to join their team and provide a high level of support to various teams across the business.
Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Coordinating office events (internal and external)
- Procurement of office supplies
- Distribution of internal comms
- Assisting with facilities management
- Managing reception area
- Working closely with office manager to ensure smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
The Successful Applicant
You are organized and proactive and are consistently looking for ways to improve process' and procedures. You have an eye for detail and exceptional customer service which shows in the confidence which you communicate with clients both face-to-face and via phone. You are ambitious and looking for a role where you can learn and grow within a business.
