About Our Client
Our Client is a growing business in the Retail and Luxury Sector, located in the Eastern Suburbs who is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their team.
This job would involve reporting directly to the Office Manager
- Ordering stationary and other required items for the office;
- Provide administration support to the office alongside a team of 2 Administrators;
- Preparing thorough hand over notes and working closely with the wider admin team;
- Have strong attention to detail and intuition;
- Distribute and communicate information from Head Office effectively in both verbal and electronic formats and;
- Be prompt and punctual
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will possess:
- 1-2 years prior experience in the administrative sphere in a similar industry;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, in particular Office and Excel;
- Be well-presented and confident interacting with management and internal stakeholders across varying levels of seniority;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise the completion of tasks;
- Intuitive and self-motivated; and
- Fit in with a motivated and dynamic team of professionals.
