Job Description

The opportunity here is a diverse, stand alone role and would suit someone who has experience with the following:

  • Administration
  • Organising files and staying on top of them
  • Assisting with restructure/reorganisation of files
  • Implementing processes
  • Dealing with employee contracts
  • Remuneration reviews
  • Dealing with suppliers & dealer agreements / renewals
  • Distribution of agreements
  • Transferring information to new entity
  • Any other ad hoc support

The Successful Applicant

This opportunity will suit someone who may have experience within the Legal field and someone who is able to navigate systems and databases.

What's on Offer

This role can be offered 2-3 days per week (flexible with hours) and have the ability to work from home. You will need to access the office each week but they are extremely flexible for the right person.
