Job Description

Reporting directly into the CFO, your role will include:

  • Manage credit function across the APAC region (overseeing a team of 12)
  • Perform credit risk assessments across strategic accounts
  • Identify and lead continuous process improvement activities
  • Training and developing staff members (strategic leadership is a key part of this role)
  • Improve the overall collection and dispute life-cycle process to transform how the AR/Credit team works.
  • Manage cross functional initiatives to effectively manage credit risk, prioritising high value risk assessments to enable strategic sales.
  • Other ad hoc tasks
