About Our Client
Our client is an Australian property development company who focuses on creating spaces based on the social and environmental setting of Melbourne. They are currently experiencing growth within the team and are looking for a part-time bookkeeper (3 days per week) to join the team.
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable duties
- Low volume, high value accounts receivable duties
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS returns and superannuation
- Ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and have the ability to come in and 'hit the ground running'. They will possess prior experience dealing with multiple entities and preferably within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be tech savvy and have previous experience using MYOB. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
