About Our Client
Operating for over 10 years, our Client have seen consistent growth and have become a market leader in providing outsourced solutions in Bookkeeping and Payroll. They pride themselves on their outstanding customer service levels to their clients, which are predominantly multi-site franchise sector businesses or retailers.
Managing your own portfolio of clients, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day servicing of Bookkeeping clients
- Managing communications with the high calibre offshore processing team
- Query resolution management
- Reviewing work from the offshore team
- Maintaining client relationships
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have 3-5 year's Bookkeeping experience, preferably having worked in a client facing role. You will have strong communication skills and be passionate about customer service. You must have outstanding attention to detail, work well towards meeting deadlines. Ideally you will have used Xero/MYOB software.
