Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include:

  • Full function AP/ AR
  • Processing all creditor or debtor invoices
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Internal bank transfers
  • Prepare accounts for PAYG & BAS
  • Weekly payroll processing
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role (preferably using Xero). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to take initiative, and be solutions focused. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be able to work cohesively in a team environment. We are looking for someone who is a genuine trouble shooter, with a versatile skill set across all areas of accounts.
