Job Description

  • Responsible for responding to and resolving issues/queries
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Reconciliation of debtor accounts
  • Phone and email correspondence with customers
  • Monitoring and updating of supplier details
  • Full-function collections
  • Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Prior FMCG industry experience is desirable
  • Ability to working efficiently across two different brands
  • Minimum 2-3 years' collections experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsTeam player
  • Prior experience using Navision, either server or windows-based
