About Our Client

Our client is a well-knowing leader in the Australian manufacturing industry, looking to expand their growing team!

Job Description

Your duties will include:

  • Order fulfilment, tracking and regular follow through to ensure service requirements are met

  • Attending to regular phone queries from customers.

  • Monitoring of fax and email correspondence

  • Deliver customer service excellence through effective communication with internal and external customer's.

  • Meet monthly reporting requirements as well as delegated ad-hoc tasks.

  • Assess and investigate credit requests strictly meeting all KPI's

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Has proven experience in customer service or internal sales



  • Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times

  • Has excellent relationship and rapport building skills

  • Is confident, friendly and switched on

  • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail



  • MUST be open to contracting / temp work
