Job Description

Your role will involve the following duties:

  • Customer Service - building strong relationships with customers and ensure that all customers always receive a high level of service.
  • Day to day incoming phone sales and email enquiries
  • Responding to social media inquiries
  • Assist in marketing campaigns
  • Preparation of customer quotes & processing orders
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers
  • Stock control including some minor store work assisting with re-stocking shelves and packing orders

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful, you will have:

  • A keen eye for attention to detail
  • Professional manner
  • Passion for Sales & Customer Service
  • Passion for environmental issues and plastic waste reduction
  • Ideally some customer service & sales experience, or a science or environmental background.
  • Positive attitude
