The Successful Applicant
To be successful for any roles we recruit, you will have
- At least six months experience within a call centre
- Personable and professional manner both over the phone and in person
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- And most importantly, you will understand the importance of customer experience.
