The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience in a call centre environment, inbound or outbound. You will have the ability to conduct a large volume of calls per day in a fast paced contact centre. A strong ability to manage multiple active tasks is essential, as is the ability to take detailed and accurate notes. Experience with appointment setting will be looked upon favorably.
