Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking phone orders, email orders etc
  • Create quotes and advise customers of prices
  • Tracking deliveries and whereabouts of freight
  • Maintain job register and order number details Create, fill and maintain invoices
  • Process general paperwork and dockets using SAP
  • Monitor general sales accounts and regular transactions
  • Collaborate with accounts in preparing documents
  • General ADHOC

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • A mature and professional mindset
  • Proven experience in an office and sales based environment
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Be able to work alongside all employees - including stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Intermediate MS Office package experience
  • SAP is also a MUST have previous experience
  • A customer service or sales background
