About Our Client
Due to growth, our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to commence within their Canberra branch.
Job Description
- Delivering quality customer service, for both retaining and growth of clients.
- Leading and development of the customer service team (including training)
- Work closely with Customer Care to manage client contracts
- Support the day to day operations of the Customer Service, Sales and Operations Teams to meet the targets
- Proven ability managing or leading small teams
- Ability to forecast and analyse data for budgets
- Look after more complex customer enquiries
- Manage customer service with regular customer follow up
- Use of CRM systems
The Successful Applicant
You will have previous experience in customer service with strong attention to detail and drive to deliver a positive experience to clients. The ability to multi-task as you will be working within a fast-paced environment.
