24 hour - contact centre
- Nights /days
- 12pm-8pm
- 2pm-10pm
Duties:
- Assist in managing a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Roster Management
- Training new employees
- Performance managing
- Complaints handling
- Customer service point of escalation
- Assisting with wages
- Daily Reporting
- Data Entry
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Customer Service Manager - Call Centre Environment
- Experience managing a 24 hour call Centre (desirable)
- Experience in Customer Service
- Willing to undergo a Background check
- Willing to obtain 1E security Licence
