Job Description

24 hour - contact centre

  • Nights /days
  • 12pm-8pm
  • 2pm-10pm


  • Assist in managing a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Roster Management
  • Training new employees
  • Performance managing
  • Complaints handling
  • Customer service point of escalation
  • Assisting with wages
  • Daily Reporting
  • Data Entry

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Customer Service Manager - Call Centre Environment
  • Experience managing a 24 hour call Centre (desirable)
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Willing to undergo a Background check
  • Willing to obtain 1E security Licence
