About Our Client

Our client are a leading not for profit organisation in providing disability support in WA. Located in Burswood our client pride themselves in providing excellent support for carers.

Job Description

  • Email and telephone queries for existing and prospective clients
  • Create NDIS service agreements and plans and other documentation for new and existing clients to support the clients journey with the company
  • Ensure that all obligations are met
  • Accurate filing of client documents
  • Create and maintain client information in the client relationship management system
  • Provide admin support
  • Creating reports and monitoring client funding
  • Undertake processes to support the NDIS claiming and billing

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with NDIS - Idealy 1 year minimum
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Effective and efficient customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
