About Our Client
Do you enjoy helping people and providing great customer service? An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly detailed and thorough Customer Service Order Processor to join the Customer Service support team in their office in Wetherill Park. The role reports into the Customer Service Manager and will have you provide a high standard of support to all internal and external customers.
This is a permanent full-time role working 5 days a week and is a great opportunity to expand your skills set and knowledge in this field.
Job Description
- Answer customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide advice, answer any questions and taking orders as per customers request
- Provide assistance to other departments if you are required
- Other administrative tasks such as reporting, purchasing, email management and order processing
The Successful Applicant
- Customer service driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Team focused with ability to be involved and interact
- Is proactive, punctual and reliable
- Proficiency in SAP is essential
- Understanding of computer-based inventory control & purchasing systems would be highly desirable
- Experienced in order processing will be highly desirable
