About Our Client
My client is a leading home product brand in the South East of Melbourne. They are a large global company that is booming and experiencing growth year on year. The position of the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all post sales enquiries relating to warranty claim, faulting products and escalated enquiries. A degree of trouble shooting will be required whilst managing a variety of varied task. These include customer calls, emails, admin task and supporting campaigns from other departments.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a KPI driven environment
- Experience in a contact centre highly regarded
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues related to warranty claims
- Be computer savvy
- A customer centric attitude
- Ability to problem solve
