About Our Client
We are excited to be working for an innovative, client focused and ever-growing company based North of the river, a short distance from the Perth CBD. Our client is people-focused, provides real support for their customer's individual needs and lead with integrity. They are a well-established and rapidly growing company who really look after their staff. We are looking for proactive and experienced Customer Service candidates with excellent communication skills to start as soon as possible. This position is offering full time hours Monday - Friday in a supportive team environment with training included upon commencement. A genuine passion and empathetic approach is certainly key in this position to ensure customer service is of the highest standard.
Job Description
- High volume of inbound customer service calls, +80 per day
- First line of inquiry for customers and general support
- Demonstrate proactive professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment
- Record customer information on an internal system
- Organise appropriate escalation to the relevant person
The Successful Applicant
- Previous inbound customer service experience in a call centre
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Self-managed and self-directed
- Drive and energy to do well and achieve
- Ability to work well as part of a fun and friendly team
- Reliable method of transport
