About Our Client
For over 40 years Chrisco has been delivering happiness to millions of people all over the world. Customers choose from thousands of quality, trusted brands and over 100 different Christmas Hamper options from print or online catalogues. Working for them feels like Christmas all year round! In the lead up to the busy period Chrisco are looking to add temporary staff to the team to ensure customers get the best service. The office is based in Western Sydney.
Job Description
As an integral member of the team you will be a crucial contact for Customers and do your best to assist them with their enquiries and purchases. Your role will cover but won't be limited to:
- Outbound calls to respond to customer enquiries and some warm outbound to reconnect with customers
- Updating customer memberships
- Accountable for daily target and KPIs
- General customers service and customer enquiries
- Flexible with shift times based on operational needs
- Data Entry and processing manual payments
- Digital correspondence
The Successful Applicant
You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with similar previous experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment! You should be able to multitask and be comfortable with your work changing from day to day.
- Basic Computer skills are essential- MS Word and MS Excel
- The ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- A team orientated approach
