Our client is a leading Logistics company that is experiencing large global growth. They are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their headquarters in North Sydney, close to the train station.
As a Customer Service Representative, your patience, listening skills, attention to detail and overall positive presence are at the core of your character. Behind the scenes, you demonstrate a knack for organization and efficiency.
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage customer enquiries via phone/email/online chat
- Generate sales leads and new business opportunities
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers and managers
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with efficiency
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
The Successful Applicant
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, essential
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Suite
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of enquiries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
