To be successful in finding the right role that I can assist you with, you will have experience:
- Answering high volume inbound calls and updating customer details
- Using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Making a series of Outbound calls in order to retain information and customers
- Deliver high standards of Customer service to each stakeholder.
- Develop and create new and existing client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous Call centre or Office based customer service experience
- Exposure to Sales environments and skill sets
- High standards of oral and verbal communication
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work great as part of a team and autonomously
