About Our Client
Two positions available for experienced HR Business Partners. I am working across two Federal Government agencies both relatively small requiring HR practitioners who can provide support and assistance across multiple fronts.
EL1 Human Resources Strategic Business Partner:
Provide HR Advisory services to SES2 and SES3 on HR best-practise solutions to address several complex people issues. You will be the first point of contact for leaders across the business both locally and nationally speaking with executives based in regional locations. This role will have a strategic focus with an underlying theme of Organisational Design and Change.EL1 Workforce and Business Solutions:
Managing a small team of 5 within Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Workforce Planning. The Department is going through significant change with new project funding, a new enterprise agreement and likely VR round. You will be working across these projects and provide guidance and advisory services on workforce development and business solutions.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in either role you will be a proven HR leader with management experience. You will have well-developed skills in stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
Both roles have will have you involved in workforce development / design. Proven experience working within similar roles will be highly advantageous.
Both Departments do have the ability to sponsor a security clearance. Previous APS exposure or working experience is desired.
What's on Offer
Both positions / Departments are offering initial 12 month contracts with likely extension. Both are open to S26 transfers for existing APS staff.
There is a level of flexibility in salary bandings depending on experience.
