The Successful Applicant
As our successful candidate you have proven experience providing direct support at an executive level within a large, nationally distributed organisation. You are highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once with excellent time management and a strong attention to detail. You have superior written and verbal communication skills along with advanced skills working with the MS Office suite. Strong IT, numeracy and literacy skills; experienced and capable with expense management systems, on line booking and phone conferencing systems coupled with an understanding of confidentiality and working with discretion along with a proactive attitude is essential.
