About Our Client
We are currently working with a global property and facilities management firm seeking to employ an experienced facilities administrator to join their growing Canberra division.
You will be working within a larger facilities and property division and will have constant support. Your duties will include:
Assist in the management of expenses and budgets
Assist in the development of cost saving initiatives
Work with the asset team to deliver financial returns for the property
Accurately record and file any/all incidents and accidents
Assist the finance team in the management of several accounts
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum of two years within a property or facilities management/administration position.
Strong background or knowledge in Finance
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
