About Our Client

We are working with a national Chartered Accountancy who is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their growing Canberra practise.

Job Description

You will be responsible for several tasks within the operations team including:

  • Organise and support Directors
  • Coordinating administration work across the Audit team and supervising one Team Assistant
  • Manage the administration function and devise ways to streamline systems and processes
  • Manage the audit and business advisory work-flow system ensuring is it kept up to date and accurate
  • Act as the central contact point for audit and business advisory clients as required
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Liaise with the firm's marketing team as required to organise office events and other marketing activities
  • Draft tender documents for new audit work

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a Professional Services environment (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to look and think ahead with an eagerness to 'get involved'
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
