Job Description

Your key roles/responsibilities when reporting to the Financial Controller include:

  • Strong end to end Accounts Payable and Receivables function
  • Accurate and timely processing of 100+ invoices daily
  • Monitoring the AP inbox and actioning bank/supplier reconciliations
  • Weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports
  • Ability to work in-office
  • End to end payroll experience ideal
  • Complex excel formula experience
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of work in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will display Finance/Accounts Officer experience, be driven to deliver quality work and have excellent communication skills! The client is also looking for a candidate with a strong personality, a positive attitude and a proactive work method which will allow the successful candidate to grow with the business into the future! The role is being offered at both a full time and part time working arrangement with flexibility around hours for the right candidate.
