In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and compliant reporting, accounting, and controllership activities across all programs. Job Description

  • Consistently improve and monitor the financial processes and internal control procedures are put in place and comply with group requirements
  • Implement financial reporting
  • Preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements
  • Preparation of annual financial budgets and business forecasts
  • Prepare quarterly GST schedules and GST submission
  • Responsible for treasury, including cash flow planning and requirements
  • Manage statutory accounting, reporting and submission process
  • Liaising with banks, consultants, and auditors to ensure compliance
  • Participate in and drive finance projects and initiatives. Including ERP system implementation, cost accounting implementation for manufacturing business
  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

The Successful Applicant


  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field
  • CA or CPA Qualification
  • Australian citizenship
  • Obtained/ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
  • Outstanding accounting experience
  • Excellent technical accounting skills, knowledge of Accounting Standards and an analytical mind
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Public Practice or Big 4 experience would be highly regarded
